Cisco Coppage LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and title/non-infringement to the full extent permitted by law.

Interruption of Services
While Cisco Coppage LLC shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the online subscription service is available 24/7, Cisco Coppage LLC does not warrant that the online subscription services will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the online subscription services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the services will be corrected.

Cisco Coppage LLC does offer the best information that is available on products & services, but it cannot guarantee or make any representation regarding the use or the results of the use of the online subscription services or related documentation in terms of their correctness, accuracy, quality, reliability, appropriateness for a particular task, tutorial, application, or otherwise. No oral or written information or advice given by Cisco Coppage LLC or its authorized representatives shall create a warranty. You are entirely responsible for and assume all risk for use of Cisco Coppage LLC's online subscription services.

Cisco Coppage LLC is not responsible for transmission errors or corruption or security of information carried over telecommunication lines. Cisco Coppage LLC assumes no liability for the security of customer computer systems. Any computer connected to the internet is at risk to the system being compromised.

Exclusive Remedy
We value our customers experience and satisfaction with our products and services, but if you are dissatisfied for any reason with Cisco Coppage LLC’s online subscription services, your sole right and exclusive remedy is to terminate your subscription, as set forth in the End User License Agreement. We will do our best to look for other resolutions besides termination of services if  a customer is dissatisfied.  Refunds will not be given in partial or whole due to time put into creating the content.
